To reserve a party follow these four steps:
- Check the calendar first for availability
- Email Hospitality Manager with your date and times
- Fill out a party reservation agreement
- Mail your agreement and payment

All parties must end by 9:00 pm. No exceptions. Please inform guests to not block driveways. Thank you.

Party Reservations
If you are a member of Cloverdale Cabana Club and would like reserve the picnic area and/or clubhouse for a family gathering or party, you are encouraged to Download and complete a Party Agreement Form. Must be submitted and approved at least one (1) week before the event. |

| Lifeguards available from 1:00 - 5:00 pm only. All parties include Picnic area. |
Note: A $100 fully refundable cleaning deposit is required. Please write a separate check.
It will be returned to you after the inspection finds the premises in satisfactory order. A recycle bin is available for all clean glass, plastic, and paper. All other solid waste must be removed from the premises when your party ends. You are encouraged to bring plastic garbage bags. Click here to download Party Agreement Form |
